Description
Engineered single mechanical seal for applications above 40 bar and 23 m/s.
Balanced seal design to reduce heat generation and ensure liquid film stability, essential for proper cooling and lubrication even at maximum operating conditions.
The patented seal ring drive device enables a design with optimized, regular geometry developed through FEM (Finite Element Method) analysis. This key feature minimizes deformation and maintains ideal contact between sealing faces during operation. Latest-generation materials have been tested to withstand high P·V (Pressure × Sliding Velocity) conditions.
- Engineered single mechanical seal (1CW-FL), pre-assembled with gland plate and shaft sleeve for quick and simplified installation.
