Description
GT1961F seal boasts all the special properties developed for the GT1960A range with the peculiarity that it can be installed on equipment with glass-lined vessels. The enamelled flange connecting the cartridge to the equi-pment complies with DIN 28137, while the other parts in contact with the process are made of sintered silicon carbide as standard to ensure complete resistance to chemical attack. The dimensions and materials can be engineered differently on request.
- Developed to meet all requirements of Pharma Industries, suitable for aseptic environments and finished processes
- CIP & SIP cleaning and sterilization in place
- FDA-approved materials
- Double option of gas lift-off and wet sliding faces
- FLUILIFT technology: no product contamination by auxiliary liquid with gas lift-off seal and FLUIDIAMOND sliding faces
- Silicon carbide sliding faces, no carbon inside the process
- Patented atmospheric side seal to reduce face deformation
- Shaft thermal expansions do not cause axial movements of the sealing rings
- Base connecting flange in compliance with DIN 28138
- Engineered base flange for interchangeability with existing seals
