Description
Engineered double mechanical seal in face-to-back configuration for applications above 40 bar and 23 m/s.
Balanced seal design to reduce heat generation and ensure liquid film stability, essential for effective cooling and lubrication even at maximum operating conditions.
The patented seal ring drive device enables a design with optimized, regular geometry developed through FEM (Finite Element Method) analysis. This key feature minimizes deformation and maintains ideal contact between the sealing faces during operation. Latest-generation materials have been tested to withstand high P·V (Pressure × Sliding Velocity) conditions.
When used with API Plan 52, it is the ideal solution for applications where atmospheric emissions must be controlled and where the process fluid does not provide sufficient cooling and lubrication of the sealing faces.
- Engineered double mechanical seal (2CW-CW), pre-assembled unit complete with gland plate and shaft sleeve for quick and easy installation.
- Zero process emissions to atmosphere.
- Stationary design suitable for high-speed applications.
- High reliability and reduced maintenance costs.
- Wide range of material options available according to operating conditions.
