Description
To avoid any incompatibility between process fluid and flushing liquid, Fluiten offers a complete range of gas-flushed mechanical seals with Fluilift technology (during rotation, the sealing surfaces detach by a few microns or fractions of microns, giving the advantage that friction is reduced to almost zero with a notable energy saving).
The LL8F version represents one of the ZERO emission solutions.
The solution is the result of a standardization process of engineered projects tested and created in accordance with the API 682 IV edition standard.
- Balanced “face to face” double cartridge solution and non-contact sealing rings;
- Mono-directional and bi-directional slots on request;
- Springs external to the pumped liquid;
- Monolithic sealing rings;
- Tested and unique rotating ring drive system, designed to maintain efficiency even in the event of vibrations, misalignments and wear of the sealing rings;
- Flange and shaft sleeve designed to customer specifications;
- Solution developed to provide installations on existing machines;
- Recommended for ASME B73.1 and B72.2 horizontal and vertical pumps.
